Dr. Wallace is an organizational psychologist with deep expertise in analytics, talent management, leadership, surveys & assessments, and, of course, involvement.
Craig is a pioneer in HR – working on the Horizon by researching and implementing innovative, ground-breaking solutions that maximize impact for business outcomes. Case-in-Point, Involved-LINC, which aligns scientifically grounded research and best practice survey measurement with cutting-edge predictive analytics and AI driven developmental feedback. Result: a laser-like focus to boost business outcomes through highly involved organizational talent.
He holds a PhD in I/O Psychology from Georgia Tech, is a fellow in the Society for I/O Psychology, on faculty at Clemson, author of 50+ scientific studies, given hundreds of talks, and is a trusted SHRM and PsychToday columnist. With 20+ years of experience, he is called upon by Fortune 1 to ‘mom-and-pop’ firms as a trusted business partner.
